What are "VIP Rewards" credits good for at my dealership?
* Typically dealers encourage customers to use the credits for their next vehicle purchase; however, incorporating other products or services into your own unique program is your decision.

What qualifies for customer credits at my dealership?
* Again, your decision. For example, you can choose to qualify customer credits on customer pay, warranty, body shop repairs, or any of a variety of other customer purchases from your dealership.

Is the "VIP Rewards" program easy to Administer?
* Yes, We do it all. Dealership personnel are able to access a secure unique web site to easily review customer credits earned and previously used.

* Customers can also go to their own special web site location to review their service history and determine credits earned / used.

Why can't I manage my own loyalty program?
* Most dealerships don't have the software to manage customer additions and deletions of credits.

* You probably don't have an interactive web site where your customers can view their credits and service history.

* It will be hard, if not impossible, to send out monthly/ quarterly earning statements to customers using your existing software.
